Most new home builds run 8 to 12 months from slab to handover, depending on the size and site conditions. We give you a timeline with your quote and update it weekly through the build.
We provide detailed quotes based on final plans, inclusions and site works. For most residential builds and renovations, we price the job before work starts so you know what's involved. We'll talk through the right approach for your project at our first meeting.
We build across Taree, Forster, Tuncurry, Diamond Beach, Old Bar, Harrington, Hallidays Point, Wingham, Bulahdelah, and the wider Manning Valley and Great Lakes region.
Yes. We lodge through council or a private certifier, organise engineering sign-off, and handle all the approvals your job needs. You don't chase forms or sit on hold to council.
Depends on the scope. A full kitchen and bathroom reno runs 4 to 8 weeks. A whole-home renovation with layout changes and structural work can take 4 to 8 months. We give you a firm timeline before you sign.
